1. Course Enrollment
By making the course fee payment, you confirm your intention to enroll in the selected course offered by E-MAX Architectural Institute of Design. Enrollment will be considered confirmed only after successful payment verification by the institute.
2. Payment & Course Fee
The course fee displayed on the payment page is applicable to the selected course at the time of enrollment. The student is responsible for making the payment using the available payment methods.
3. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, a payment confirmation may be sent to the email address or mobile number provided during enrollment. If the amount has been deducted from your account but payment confirmation is not received, please contact the institute before making another payment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed, except where a refund is specifically approved by the institute in accordance with its refund policy.
Any refund request, where applicable, must be submitted to the institute within the specified period and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Course Schedule
The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, batch dates, or faculty arrangements when necessary. Students will be informed about significant changes wherever reasonably possible.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to provide accurate information during enrollment and payment. Students are also responsible for maintaining regular attendance, completing assigned work, and following the institute’s academic and disciplinary guidelines.
7. Course Access & Materials
Course materials, resources, assignments, recordings, or other learning content, where provided, are intended only for the enrolled student. Such materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared with others without prior permission from the institute.
8. Certificate
Where a certificate is offered as part of the selected course, its issuance will be subject to the institute’s applicable attendance, course completion, and academic requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, training materials, videos, presentations, designs, documents, graphics, and other educational resources provided by the institute remain the intellectual property of the institute or their respective owners. Unauthorized commercial use or distribution is prohibited.
10. False or Incorrect Information
The institute reserves the right to take appropriate action if a student provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or enrollment.
11. Technical Issues & Payment Gateway
Payments are processed through the selected payment gateway. The institute is not responsible for temporary technical issues, bank failures, payment gateway downtime, or delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
12. Privacy of Information
Information provided during enrollment and payment may be used by the institute for admission processing, payment verification, course communication, and other legitimate administrative purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the institute’s applicable privacy practices.
13. Communication
By enrolling, you agree that the institute may contact you regarding your enrollment, payment confirmation, course schedule, classes, and other important course-related information through the contact details provided by you.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updated terms will apply from the date they are published or communicated by the institute.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the acceptance box and proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
